i liked how clean it was. silvin kept our room super clean, thank you. the hotel helps with gluten-free options, it is important for my husband. the patio door was super good, even when facing jokers.
the bar service was a little slow. i asked for a mojito. the man said no mint and no lime, he just shrugged.

The hotel was very clean and well-kept. I found this reassuring. my room had a large balcony, it provided great space. the staff seemed genuinely friendly, they were very helpful. the location was very convenient to the northern soul venue, this was a bonus for me.
i had to purchase drinks at the bar myself, that felt a bit inconvenient. i would have preferred waiter service.

i was floored by the delicious food. the variety blew my mind at every meal. staff are so attentive. i really appreciated them. the location is super central. access to everything is easy.
the gym is rather small. some mornings i struggled to find available equipment. a minor bummer though!
